From Billet to Finished Steel

1. Billet Intake

High-quality steel billets are procured and inspected before entering the production line.

2. Reheating

Billets are reheated in furnaces to the precise rolling temperature for optimal workability.

3. Rolling

Heated billets pass through rolling mills to form angles, channels, beams, and other sections with precise dimensions.

4. Testing & Dispatch

Finished sections undergo in-house quality testing before cooling, cutting, and dispatch.
